Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled on the same day of the appointment, this will invoke a cancelation fee of 100% of the booked services.
A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card provided.
Punctuality
Our salon is in the heart of the busy Old Port neighborhood. Please allow extra time for parking and other travel delays. We understand that situations outside your control occur, so please let our team know as soon as possible if you cannot arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which may invoke a late cancellation fee.
Adjustments to Services Already Performed
Our team’s goal is to have every client feel like we exceeded their expectations. If you are unsatisfied after leaving your appointment, we are happy to make adjustments based on the initial consultation. One adjustment to the original service will be complimentary.
Please contact us within 7 days of your original service to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. We cannot provide complementary adjustments if you make adjustments yourself, or have the service adjusted by another salon.
Return Policy
Products can be exchanged for another product of equal value or store credit. Returned products must be unopened or lightly used and returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. All items purchased as part of a sale or other promotion are final.
Salon & Spa Etiquette
Please silence cell phones and other devices before your arrival. We love dogs and furry friends, but we ask that you do not bring them into our salon or spa. We ask that clients do not arrive accompanied by small children or babies for safety reasons.
