Annie Brewer

Annie grew up in southern Maine, spending her childhood between Gorham and Boothbay Harbor. In 2018 Annie joined the Akari team after spending time as the captain for the Maine Celtics (f/k/a Red Claws) dance team. Annie’s passion for makeup & beauty has inspired her throughout her career. She started as part of the salon’s support staff, completed the Akari Apprentice Program, and is now Akari’s newest Cutting Specialist. Annie’s friendly, outgoing, and hardworking attitude makes her an invaluable part of our team. In her free time, you can find Annie doing karaoke, attending comedy night, or serving some of the best drinks in Portland!
